The Route – A Scenic Journey Across the Delta

Your journey starts in Tulcea, where you’ll board your private boat and head towards the heart of the Delta. Within just 15 minutes, the city disappears behind you, replaced by a maze of narrow channels, floating reed beds and diverse wildlife.

• Travel slowly through small lakes and channels on the way to Mila 23.
• Stop in Mila 23 Village for a coffee and a taste of Delta village life.
• Follow the Old Danube to Crișan Village, then join the Sulina Channel leading directly to Sulina City.

This scenic route takes approximately 4 hours, allowing plenty of time for wildlife observation and photography.

Explore Sulina – A City with a Unique History

Once in Sulina, you have the option to explore the city and its fascinating mix of influences from the Danube Delta, the Ottoman Empire and old European maritime history.

Or you can enjoy free time, choosing to relax at a café or visit the Black Sea Beach for a swim.

Note: The boat will not take you to the beach. Guests must walk or take a taxi.

Lunch in Sulina – Your Choice

Sulina has a variety of restaurants and terraces where you can enjoy a fresh fish meal or other local specialties. Lunch is not included in the tour price, allowing you to pick your preferred dining spot.

The Return Journey – A Faster Route Back

At 5:00 p.m., you’ll return to the boat for the journey back to Tulcea. The return trip follows the main Danube Channel, taking approximately 2 hours.
