If you want to squeeze the most birds, the best light, and the purest Danube Delta atmosphere into a short adventure, this is where you start. You head out at sunrise or sunset, those magical hours when the sky softens, birds get busy, and the whole Danube Delta feels like it’s performing just for you.
It doesn’t matter if you’re just discovering the joy of binoculars… or if you’re already out there arguing about plumage moults and primary projections.
This tour fits any level:
And yes, if you don’t have binoculars, we’ll lend you a pair.
During these active hours, birds are feeding, flying, calling, and generally showing off more than they do at midday.
You have good chances to see:
You’re joined by a birdwatching specialist, someone who knows the species, the behavior, the habitats, and the best spots for the day’s conditions.
You’ll learn at your own pace:
No pressure, no stress, just good birding with someone who loves this place as much as you will.
You’ll explore in an open boat, no roof, no windows, no canopy, so you always have a full, clear view of the sky and the water.
This is how real birding in the Delta feels.
These hours are the most active:
Midday? Yeah… that’s when everyone (including you) prefers some shade, so we leave that part for the lizards.
These months give you the best mix of light, warmth, and activity for a short, focused birdwatching adventure.
If you want an authentic, relaxed, but rich birding experience, these 4 hours might become your favorite moment in the Danube Delta.

The boat looks like in the photos on the website. The speed for our trips is low/medium, our boats are NOT speed boats. These are boats manufactured according to our concept.
All our boats have benches and backrests for a maxim comfort. Every person on the boat will receive a life jacket, mandatory to wear it during the boat trip. We want to show you the beauties of the Danube Delta, to see birds in flight and flocks of pelicans soaring.
*For groups larger than 10 persons we can use 2 or more boats
Please take these recommendations very seriously, the weather in the Danube Delta can be very capricious and you may suffer if you are not well protected.
