Is done by paying the deposit required (and detailed) at every program only after the confirmation of availability of the service. Consider reservations made after the entry of money into our account.
If you called us and we communicated the availability of a service does not mean that you have a reservation.
Deposit will be payed to BOOK one (or more) place. When you fulfill the REQUEST AVAILABILITY form, we''ll send you the account for advance payment.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT OF A RESERVATION
A booking can only be canceled or postponed at least 45 days before the program start date.
For cancel / postpone the reservation, the deposit will be lost.
In case of “no show” to an established program, the advance payment will NOT be returned and will NOT be used for a future booking.
